A little public humiliation's good for the soul....


Ok everyone, here are my measurements from my first appointment at the gym. I suggest that you sit when you read them.

I'm 5'5" tall Arms (relaxed) 12 3/4" (r) 12 3/4" (l)
Weight: 266 lbs Arms (flexed) 13 1/4" (r) 13 1/2" (l)
Chest: 50 1/2" Waist 46 3/4"
Ab's (49 1/4" Hips 58 1/2"
Thigh: 24 1/2" (r) 22 1/2" (l) Calf: 18" (r) 18 1/4" (l)

That means I've got 154.28 lbs of lean body mass but 111.7 lbs of fat. Yup, I'm 42% fat folks. And all this time you just thought it was shit!! LOL
