Ok everyone, I jumped online really quick a few minutes ago just to check my email. As the stories scroll by I see this picture! Can you believe it?!?!?! It's a rainbow trout from out west that some guy caught. He's been fishing for about 40 years and has never seen anything like it. Personally I'd mount it and sell it to the highest bidder but the guy who caught it plans to smoke it and eat it. Yummy! What kind of wine do you serve with that???
