Where do you fit in?

I just got out of my first interview for my replacement now that I've gotten a promotion. It started me thinking of something from early this morning. I've gotten a promotion so am no longer in the union. Don't fit in there anymore. I'm part of management but I'm still a support staff employee. I don't fit into either of those categories too well because only 1 other person in my position is management. Hmm..... wonder how this'll play out.
